What this plugin does
The standard WordPress comments form is restricted only to name, URL, email and comments. With our powerful plugin (we call ECF), you can make your standard WordPress Comment Form extra useful by adding your own, customised fields.

This plugin allows you to add additional fields to the standard WordPress Comments Form.
You can add as many extra comment fields as you like – I’ve set it up with 4 enabled: phone number, age, location and country drop down. You can see these below on the comment form for this page (feel free to test it).

Have you ever needed to add a simple PHP contact form to your website and at the same time offer a way to sign up the user to your mailing list application?
Well, here’s a simple FREE contact form with field check, that on submission, will subscribe your user to your newsletter if they’ve ticked the subscribe box. If they choose not to subscribe, it simply redirects them to the included Thank You page.
This has been written to work with Campaign Monitor (the software that we use for our customers) – however, I’m sure it could easily be modified to work with any other mailing list software (like Mailchimp for example) because the principle is the same for most subscription engines.
